Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in global travel to industry trade shows and conferences to build our network and prospect effectively.
- Drive business growth through developing and nurturing new Affiliate partnerships.
- Forge lasting, profitable business relationships with custom solutions that foster trust.
- Guarantee stellar quality for our advertising partners with long-term strategies for high-caliber traffic and conversion.
- Maintain seamless communication with clients through email, chat, phone, and other channels.
- Generate incisive weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress.
- Collaborate with our Business Development Team to meet and exceed the needs of our advertising partners.
- Oversee daily financials and assets, managing budgets in excess of $25,000.
Required expertise:
- Masterful communication skills for forging lasting relationships with Affiliates and influential dialogues with all stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of tracking setups, including pixel and server-to-server methodologies.
- Fluency in the lexicon of online marketing to ensure clarity and precision in your work.
- A collaborative spirit that thrives in a synergistic environment with Business Development Managers and fellow Account Managers.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media tools to maximize reach and impact.
- A commercial mindset that not only meets but exceeds our ambitious goals.
- Entrepreneurial zeal to innovate and drive the business forward.
- Proficiency in English to navigate a global business landscape.
Advantageous abilities:
- Experience with online marketing platforms such as Voluum, Hitpath, Everflow, or equivalents.
- An existing network of contacts within the online dating sector.
- Fundamental HTML knowledge to understand and converse on technical requirements.
- Insight into trade-related forums to keep ahead of industry trends.
